TheIntimacyDojo.com offers a 30-day return policy from date of purchase on any product that you are not 100% satisfied with. Items must be returned complete and undamaged. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. If you do not have either of these, please include your first and last name, shipping/billing address, email address and phone number.

We trust that you’re not trying to rip us off but, rather, you’re asking for a refund because you were not 100% satisfied with what we provided. TheIntimacyDojo.com offers a 30-day return policy from date of purchase on all digital products.
When requesting a refund, please include a copy of your invoice or confirmation number in your email. If you do not have either of these, please include your first and last name, shipping/billing address if you entered it when ordering, email address and phone number.

1c. Refund Policy for Seminars, Events and Workshops: The Intimacy Dojo offers a 30 day refund on tickets for live events, up until the 30 days before the event.
Live event Cancellation Policy
Once an Attendee registers for one or several of my live events, my team and I make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their forthcoming tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration hassles, expenses, and losses of business.
Given this fact, I do not accept cancellations or issue refunds beginning 30 days after Attendee has registered for the live event, or within 30 days of the live event for those who register last-minute.
If Attendees cancels within 30 days of registering, provided it’s at least 30 days before the beginning of the event, they will receive a full refund, but any Attendee seeking to cancel their registration after 30 days will not, under any circumstances, receive a refund. Nor will refunds be granted within 30 days of the beginning of the event, irrespective of when they purchased their ticket.
For payment plans, payments made within 30 days are refundable, provided it’s at least 30 days before the beginning of the event.
Again, this is due to the extremely limited seating -and the extensive, advanced pre-planning and preparation that occurs- for events of this nature and level of professionalism, and with this level of coordination, caliber of speakers, preparation of course materials, etc., to be created and executed well.
We do allow a one-time transfer of ticket to another person’s name, if you send a written (email to support@TheIntimacyDojo.com) request. If an application is required for the Event, the transferee will need to fill out the application and be accepted to attend the Event. Any additional transfers after the first one incur a $25 per transfer charge. We cannot help you find someone to sell your ticket to. It is not our responsibility to find someone to purchase your ticket.
If you are unsure of whether or not you can attend the Event, please do not register. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend the Event after you have registered and after 30 days have passed since registering, or within 30 days of the event, we will happily transfer your ticket to someone else of your choosing.
If there is documented medical reasons for your inability to attend, we may allow you to attend a future event on the same topic at our sole discretion.
Physical Products and Digital Content and Online Learning. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your TheIntimacyDojo.com shipped physical product, simply return said item within 30-days for a refund on the price of the product. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your TheIntimacyDojo.com digital product, eBook, eCourse or program, simply request a refund of said item within 30-days for a refund on the price of the product.
A. License. Upon your payment of our fees for Digital Content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.
B. Restrictions. You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other restricted use. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content’s copyright owner (Cathy Vartuli) and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, and reproduction or distribution rights for the Digital Content. You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of Cathy Vartuli and is protected by law.
C. Explicit Content. Because of the frank and mature, often sexual and/or emotional, nature of this area of expertise and teachings, you agree that we have no liability to you for Digital Content you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.
D. Downloading and Risk of Loss: Availability of Digital Content from TheIntimacyDojo.com purchased content. Once you have purchased Digital Content from TheIntimacyDojo.com, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it. If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact Support@TheIntimacyDojo.com. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.
If you purchased Digital Content from another company such as Amazon or iTunes, please contact their customer support.
3. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of California, and shall be resolved under binding arbitration in California.
